Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
General Conditions
- You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with the invoice included.
- Free gifts, if any, must also be returned along with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Items that have been altered, resized, or tampered with.
- Products purchased during sale events (eligible for exchange only).
Exchange Window & Exceptions
- You may exchange an item within 2 days for the following reasons:
- Fading of jewelry plating.
- Breakage of chains.
- Issues not covered under exchange after 2 days include:
- Pearl loss, stone dislodgement, or discoloration.
- Breakage caused by unlinking.
- Tampering or intentional damage by the customer.
- For long-term concerns, refer to our 5-Year Warranty Policy (hyperlink).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Simple 3-Step Process
- Log in to your account on our website using your registered email.
- Navigate to Help page at the bottom of the page and create a ticket for "Return/Exchange", specify the item and order details, and mention the reason.
- Submit your request—our team will review it and guide you through the next steps.

Return Packaging
- Ensure the item is packed in its original box with the invoice.
- Someone must be available at the pickup location to hand over the package.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pickup Charge Deduction
- A ₹150 deduction applies for return pickups.
- This charge does not apply for exchanges.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Tampered?
If your package appears damaged, defective, or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead:
- Return it immediately to the delivery agent for Return to Origin (RTO).
- Contact us at support@adhirame.com with your Order ID.
- We will send a replacement at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
📌 Important: We require an unboxing video to process claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
Additional Guidelines
Mistakenly Returning a Non-Adhirame Item
We cannot return or reship items that were mistakenly sent to us. Please ensure you’re sending back only Adhirame products.
Unauthorized Returns
- Returns not initiated through our official process will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or send them back to the sender.
- If a pattern of excessive returns is identified, we may restrict future purchases.
Missed Pickup?
If you miss your scheduled return pickup, you will need to self-ship the item at your own cost.
