Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your products?
Yes, we absolutely do! At Adhirame, we’re proud to offer a 5 year Warranty on our plating. If your jewelry ever fades or discolors, we’ll repolish it up to two times, free of charge for the entire 5 years of the piece.
Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse or items that are lost or stolen or modifications made by anyone other than Adhirame.

Please note we reserve the right to deny exchanges or replacements if the fading is not easily perceptible or noticeable to the eye, and/or if breakage/damage of the product is due to an external force.

While we don’t offer repair services, we do provide a 5 year Warranty that covers issues related to fading, discoloration. This means you can confidently enjoy your piece, knowing we’ll take care of any issues that come up.

What is the process for re‑plating my jewelry?
If you notice any fading or discoloration and need replating, here’s how you can easily get it taken care of:
- Log In: Sign in to your account at Adhirame Account Login using your registered email address.
- Raise a ticket: Once logged in, go to "Warranty & repairs" page type a reason for the request, and follow the steps to submit it.
- Wait for Instructions: After your request is reviewed, you’ll receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed.
