At Adhirame, we believe jewellery should be as enduring as the women who wear it. Every piece is handcrafted in 92.5 sterling silver and finished with our signature Gold vermeil plating, designed to bring long-lasting beauty and everyday luxury.

We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship, which is why every Adhirame piece comes with a 5-Year Warranty on tarnishing and fading.

5-Year Warranty on Tarnishing & Fading

All Adhirame jewellery is covered for 5 years against:

  • Gold plating fading or patchiness
  • Silver tarnishing or darkening

What does this cover?

If your jewellery shows tarnish or fading due to normal use, we will:

  1. Provide a brand-new replacement of the same jewellery, if available.
  2. If the same design is discontinued or unavailable, we will offer you another jewellery piece of equal value.
  3. If you prefer not to exchange, we can arrange for re-polishing or re-plating; however, this process takes longer.

What is not covered under warranty?

  • Pearls, locks/closures, and stones falling off
  • Color changes or polish variations (for example, an unusual yellow tone)
  • Breakage caused by unlinking chains or damage to the Adhirame logo
  • Deep scratches, dents, or bends caused by misuse or exposure to chemicals
  • Products intentionally tampered with or repaired by third parties
  • Lost or stolen jewellery

How to claim a warranty service

  1. Reach us via mail or Phone we will get it done
  2. Send your order details along with clear images/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will verify eligibility and share return instructions.
  4. Ship the product to us. Replacement or restoration is free, but shipping charges to and from our workshop must be borne by the customer.

Important: Warranty is valid only if the jewellery has been used under normal conditions and stored properly. Misuse, chemical exposure, or rough handling may void the warranty.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products, reported before the jewellery is worn.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process exchange claims.

Exchange Conditions

  • If the same product is available, we will ship a replacement.
  • If the product is discontinued or out of stock:
  • You will receive an exchange coupon equal to the order value paid at the time of purchase.
  • You may select another product of the same value or a higher-value piece by paying the difference.
  • Exchanges are always based on the purchase value (amount paid), not on the weight of the jewellery.
  • Return pickup and re-delivery charges may apply.

Repairs Outside Warranty

For concerns not covered under the 5-year warranty (such as pearl loss, stone setting, or clasp replacement):

  • We can usually repair the jewellery at a nominal service fee of ₹650.
  • The repair possibility and timeline will be confirmed by our support team before proceeding.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
  • Rakhis
  • Products altered, resized, or tampered with
  • Items purchased during sale events (eligible for exchange only if damaged and reported before use)

Mistaken Returns

If a non-Adhirame product is returned to us by mistake, we will not be able to reship or return it. Please ensure only Adhirame jewellery is sent back.

Important Notes

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process warranty, exchange, or return claims involving damage, tampering, or missing items.
  • Unauthorized returns (not initiated through our official Help process) will not be accepted.
  • If a pickup is missed, the customer may be required to self-ship the product at their own expense.
